Our Terrazzo Services:

Epoxy terrazzo consists of a binder – the epoxy, mixed with marble, granite, mother of pearl, or glass aggregates and is then poured in place to create a smooth monolithic flooring system. Epoxy terrazzo is poured with standard size aggregates #0,1,2 and also with venetian size aggregates sizes ranging from #3-5, #4-6, and #5-7.

Poured Monolithic Terrazzo consists of a cement binder with marble aggregates poured over a adequate concrete slab which is to be on-grade or below grade.

Manufactured precast stair tread and risers separately or tread and riser combination units suitable for interior staircases steel or concrete. Tread and riser combination units are available in epoxy or cement terrazzo. Epoxy Terrazzo precast units offer a wide range of thicknesses and abrasives such aluminum, black line abrasives, and photoluminescent.

Manufactured precast terrazzo base fabricated in cove or straight format to match adjacent flooring. Offered in a variety of heights and thicknesses.

Manufactured precast tiles available in epoxy or cement in various sizes. Terrazzo tiles available in standard sizes and large format 24”x48”. Full custom slabs for walls manufactured in various sizes and thicknesses.

• Precision cut logos to be installed within terrazzo flooring. Available in zinc, aluminum, and brass. Technology offers virtually any design. School logos, branding logos, wave patterns and more.
• Marble slabs can be waterjet cut into smaller marble pieces for dimensional variety to create a Palladiana Terrazzo floor integrating marble pieces and poured terrazzo within.

Many existing terrazzo floors are candidates to undergo a terrazzo restoration process through grinding, polishing, and sealing to bring back to their original form. Through continuous proper terrazzo maintenance and sealing procedures, the high-end aesthetic of floor will be kept for many years to come.

Resin Flooring System utilizing solids epoxy and colored quartz or flake aggregate. Durable system is topcoated with clear coats in satin or gloss finishes. System offer impact and abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, and low maintenance, To be used in restrooms, locker rooms, kitchens, laboratories, animal housing.

Urethane Cement is the most robust product when comparing all resinous flooring products. Typically installed between 3/16” – ¼” and designed to withstand thermal shock, impact, abrasion, and moisture transmission. Urethane Cement Systems typically found in food and beverage, commercial kitchens, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and pharmaceutical.
